All MCP members are invited. There will be dinner, door prizes, visual trips down memory lane, magnets, toasts, Karaoke, and socializing.
 
The deadline for reservations is one week from today ... Friday, December 19, 2025 by 3:00 PM!

Reservation does not necessitate payment. You may pay at the door that evening. 

You have the option to pay in advance. (Opportunity to state dietary needs is provided.) Click below to make payment!

All avenues of reservation will be monitored. Just be sure to do so by 12/19/25!
 
Doors will open at 6:00 PM. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM.
The Annual Meeting will begin at 7:30 PM with Awards immediately following.
The evening will conclude with Karaoke and socializing.

The cost for the catered dinner, which includes soft drinks, iced tea, and coffee, is $40.00 per person.

A non-alcoholic beverage package for $5 will be available at the door for those attending the meeting/awards portion only. 

Vegan Entree Option:
Cavatappi, Pesto Cream, Sautéed Mushrooms, Spinach, and Artichokes

Entrees:
Rosemary Grilled Chicken Breast w/Marsala Sauce
Sliced Beef Tenderloin w/Creamy Horseradish and Garlic Compound Butter
Red Wine Demi-Glace

Sides:
Boursin Whipped Potatoes w/Gravy
White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese
Green Bean Casserole

Salads:
Roma Crunch Salad with Chopped Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots, and Cheddar Cheese with choice of Buttermilk Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette

Includes:
Turkey Gravy
Cranberry Sauce
Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter Presentations
Whipped Butter

A dessert cake will also be provided. (Gluten-free dessert available.)

Those attending are welcome to bring alcoholic beverage of their choosing. 

Meals for those with special dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, allergen-free) are available.
Since there is no kitchen, it is necessary for those with special diets to indicate their needs at the time of reservation.
