The room will be subtly scented with earthy cedarwood and warm spice to help you instantly settle in. I will begin the session with an extended, steady drumbeat to match a resting heartbeat and anchor your awareness. 

From there, I will build a live soundscape using a raw mix of gong, crystal bowls, flute, chimes, and a handmade shaker filled with dried corn. You will hear and feel these textures move through the room - some as a soft, settling breeze, and others as a deep, physical vibration.

My role is to hold a steady space and play these instruments for you. Your only job is to arrive exactly as you are, lie down, and let the sound take over. 

There is absolutely nothing you need to fix, change, or do while you are here. Just rest, breathe, and receive.

What to bring:

Something comfortable to lie on (like a yoga mat or thick sleeping pad)
A cozy blanket or pillow to help you fully settle into the floor
