Rise with reiki and connection

Led by Certified Reiki Master Jennifer Gramm for healing, transformation, and connection. Ambiance is on point for this beautiful healing session of your root chakra which connects you to stability, power, and feeling grounded. Join us as we sit/lay on yoga mats with blankets and pillows while listening to root chakra frequencies playing gently in the background. Jen will begin by playing a Remo drum to alter your brain state to theta state which helps you meditate. She will explain this chakra, guide you with meditation, perform reiki on that chakra for everyone who attends, then we come together and talk (if you feel guided to) about your experience with this chakra or what you felt during the session. It’s a wonderful way to meet likeminded people and connect with yourself and others! I can’t wait to start this series up again and please bring a friend if you’d like!
