Encourage good health and nourish your well-being. Purify and remove the underlying, karmic causes of dis-ease. Explore your inner strength, peace, and healing abilities. Transcend your own limitations. Love is at the heart of all healing. Guests are given handouts that include information about Medicine Healing and how we can help ourselves be free from dis-ease. Each guest also receives a piece of lapis lazuli that they can use during the circle and take home with them. We start the session with a short introduction to Medicine Healing (where this originated from, how we access healing wisdom, tools we can use, and how we can help ourselves). After the introduction, we talk about some of the differences between Eastern medicine and Western medicine, including how our thoughts affect us and what we can do to reduce stress, materialization, and other common misconceptions about life. Guests are then invited to come up to the altar. They’re given a small piece of paper and pen to write anything they wish to heal (relational, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc.). Then they fold the paper & put it in the selenite bowl. After this is done, we gather in a circle with the selenite bowl of intentions in the center. I facilitate the healing using a special singing bowl; saying and chanting the mantra a few times, keeping our intentions in our hearts & minds. After chanting, guests are invited to lie down on mats for a guided Medicine Healing meditation to enhance the energy, vibration, and frequency. We finish the session with reminders for guests to read the material and utilize these tools often for maximum healing. I also tell them about the last part of the healing, which is when I take the written intentions home, tear them up, burn them, & bury them in the ground in a sacred ritual for releasing negative energies into the earth for Mother Gaia to transmute them into love & light. After the healing, guests will have time to ask questions and share experiences.
