Somatic Sunday

Join Meg of A Soul New World for Somatic Sunday, a grounding, nurturing movement experience to help you reconnect with yourself, release tension, move in a way that feels good, and build the inner resources you need to move through life with more ease.

Each session blends Qoya-inspired movement (women’s circle vibes with dance, yoga, feminine movement, oracle cards) with simple somatic practices and nervous system education.

You’ll learn tools you can use anytime (not only during class) to create safety and calm, regulate your system, and feel more present in your day-to-day life.
