Grief Share

GriefShare at DMBC is a safe, welcoming support group where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. During this 13-week journey, you’ll learn what to expect in the days ahead, what’s considered “normal,” and how to navigate grief when it feels unpredictable. Each session offers practical tools for healing and compassionate support every step of the way.

Morning Session:
Begins January 22, 2026
Meets Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Runs for 13 weeks, ending April 23, 2026

Evening Session:
Begins January 22, 2026
Meets Thursdays from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM in the DMBC Rose Room
Runs for 13 weeks, ending April 16, 2026
