- **Event Name**: December Crop---Jingle & Mingle

- **Event Description**: 2 DAY CROP. 10:00 AM-8:00 PM Friday and Saturday

CROP FEE---$25.00 for 1 day, $40.00 for both days. This includes your crop space, table gifts, games, prizes, and coffee/tea.

MEALS---$8.00 per meal. Adding meals should be made no later than 1 week before crop start date.

A non refundable $15.00 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
*The deposit is NON-refundable/NON-transferrable.

*FULL amount is due 10 days before the first crop day. (effective with February 2024 crop) I do understand that things can happen unexpectedly. If something comes up and you have to cancel after the 10 day point, but before 5 days from crop start date, the amount you paid, minus the deposit, can be transferred to another crop.

*There will be no transfers or refunds on cancelations past the 5 day point.

DESSERT--Fudge Assortment

SATURDAY LUNCH--Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls

DESSERT--Gingerbread Bundt Cake 

DINNER BOTH DAYS---White Chicken chili, Tortilla chips, crackers, cheese, sour cream, Jalapenos.
