Stretching and Conditioning: An Intro to Sports and Skills Camps

Join HAE as we introduce Sports and Skills Camps with a new Stretch and Conditioning Class! This intro class invites students to explore new ways to move and grow, safely building strength and teamwork skills. 🌟

HAE campus gymnasium: 1963 Allen Road, Smiths Creek

Class is open to students 3 years old-high school! Students 16 and younger must have an adult on site.

Register one time for all four classes!

There are no refunds or makeup classes for missed or cancelled classes.
