- **Event Description**: The Borough of Marysville Parks & Recreation is sponsoring a bus trip for ALL, residents & non-residents, to "Dickens of a Christmas" in Wellsboro, PA. On Saturday December 6, 2025.

Step back in time for Wellsboro's "Dickens of a Christmas" celebration. The community's Victorian gaslights, strolling musicians, singers and dancers lend the perfect setting for a host of community events which create a very special pre-Christmas celebration. Dickens traditionally includes craft and food vendors dressed in Victorian garb to present many unique gift-giving options which include hand-crafted Christmas ornaments, wooden toys, jewelry, quilted items and homemade treats. Enjoy many programs offered by  local Churches and organizations all packed in within a 3 block by 2 block radius. 

Itinerary:
7:00 AM--Depart from Marysville Lions Club
10:00 AM--Approximate arrival in Wellsboro, PA
5:30 PM--Depart for Marysville
8:30 PM--Approximate return to Marysville 

The cost is $110.00 per person which includes motorcoach transportation. Gratuity not included.

For more information or a registration form, please contact the Borough office at 717-957-3110. The deadline for registration is November 3, 2025. You are also able to pay for your trip on our website <online payments=""> on the home page. Please make sure to also send in/drop off your registration form to the office, to make sure we have all participants marked.

Marysville Borough reserves the right to cancel two weeks prior to the trip if there are not enough participants. All will receive a refund.</online>
