Experience the transformative power of the breath through Conscious Connected Breathing vigorous and profound practice that uses continuous, circular breathing to open pathways of awareness, release stored tension, and expand inner vitality.
In this guided session, we use the breath as a bridge between body and mind. By maintaining a rhythmic, unbroken flow of inhalation and exhalation, energy begins to move more freely, often leading to sensations of clarity, emotional release, and deep inner peace. This “over-breathing” technique can activate the body’s natural healing response, helping to clear stagnant emotions and reconnect you to a sense of wholeness.
Every session is supported with grounding, integration, and gentle guidance to help you feel safe and centered throughout the experience.
Contraindications: While Conscious Connected Breathing can be deeply healing, it is an activating practice and may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have or have experienced any of the following:
Cardiovascular issues (including high blood pressure, angina, or heart disease)
Respiratory conditions (such as COPD, severe asthma, or recent pneumonia)
History of seizures or epilepsy
Pregnancy
Severe mental health conditions (including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis)
Glaucoma or detached retina
Any condition where intense breathing or emotional release could be unsafe
Participants are always encouraged to honor their own pace, resting, slowing the breath, or returning to normal breathing at any time.
