Fit & Fierce is back for Spring! Change your body, increase energy, and meet some new fitness-oriented friends with this specialized program created by BLYS Instructor and Personal Trainer Nicole Meidinger.

This time, we're offering 3 ENROLLMENT OPTIONS to suit your scheduling and budgetary needs...

Option 1 - The Full Program (April 1-14)
BLYS Members = $199
Non-members = $279

Option 2 - Week 1 Only (April 1-7)
BLYS Members = $99
Non-members = $139

Option 3 - Week 2 Only (April 8-14)
BLYS Members = $99
Non-members = $139

In addition to daily fitness sessions with Nicole participants receive helpful nutritional information and guidance. Choose from 2 daily class times:

- Mondays-Fridays, 5:45-6:45 am or 12:00-1:00 pm
- Saturdays, 7:00-7:45 am or 12:00-12:45 pm
- Sundays, Gentle Yoga at 4:00 pm or your rest day

Each day has its own carefully crafted theme and fitness regimen. Daily themes include: Cardio Kickstart, Barre Boost, Power Circuit, Sculpt Surge, Cardio Kickstart, and HIIT Your Morning. Sundays are either a day of rest or an opportunity to attend Gentle Yoga.
