Just give us a call if you need to pay via Purchase Order: 240-912-1263. We're happy to assist!

Join us Wednesday April 3rd, 2019: 8:30 am-5:00 pm for InsideOut Dad® Training to become an even better facilitator of the nation's only evidence-based fatherhood curriculum developed specifically for incarcerated fathers!

Benefit from NFI staff experience and knowledge of the curriculum, and be energized by other fatherhood practitioners with the same passion as you. This training event helps you meet state/program criteria for having InsideOut Dad® facilitators formally trained on implementing the program with fidelity.

Offers an affordable way to train new staff facilitators or volunteers
Teaches your staff how to implement the program with fidelity
Addresses how to shorten the program for jails or short term facilities
Helps facilitators become comfortable with the curriculum and be ready to lead their next class

During the training, you will learn:

Conceptual Development, Philosophy, Values, and Principles of InsideOut Dad®
How to facilitate the program: Format, Topics, Layout
How to implement InsideOut Dad® with fidelity and how to run in a J*il or short term facility
Best practices and additional resources assist with successful implementation of your program
How to leverage ongoing support from NFI

You will also learn how to:

Facilitate the InsideOut Dad® Program in a group-based setting directly to dads
Implement the InsideOut Dad® Programs
Leverage support from NFI

To be clear, this is not:

A training to train individuals to train other facilitators of the program
A training to use the program in a one-on-one setting (e.g. home visitation)

**Attendees will receive a training certificate after participation.**
