CREATE. BURN. WEAR.

Ignite Artistry is coming to Maryborough for a fun and creative afternoon of hat burning!

Join Christina on Saturday, 17 October 2026, and transform a premium suede hat into a unique, wearable piece of art. Using the traditional art of pyrography, you’ll learn how to burn your chosen design directly into your hat before adding your own decorative finishing touches.

Whether you’re naturally creative or trying something completely new, this workshop is suitable for all skill levels. No previous experience is needed—Christina will guide you through the process step by step in a relaxed, welcoming and supportive environment.

Create Something You’ll Be Proud to Wear
Choose from a range of design templates or bring inspiration for your own artwork. You’ll have the freedom to personalise your hat with patterns, images, lettering and decorative details that reflect your individual style.

Once your burned design is complete, finish your creation using a selection of bands, feathers, embellishments and accessories. At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your own handcrafted, one-of-a-kind hat ready to wear and enjoy.

Come along with friends or family, or attend on your own and meet other creative people. Our workshops are designed to be social, enjoyable and memorable—a chance to slow down, try something different and create something that is completely yours.
