? 2nd Annual Outstanding Provider of the Year Award ?

Early childhood educators are critical to a child’s development from birth to age five, yet they are one of the most underappreciated professions. The Outstanding Provider of the Year Award is a prestigious annual honor presented by the Morgan County Early Learning Coalition. This award celebrates exceptional early childhood educators while spotlighting the importance of high-quality early learning for Morgan County’s children, families, and community.

✅ Nominee Criteria:

Must work in a licensed center, ministry, or family child care home program in Morgan County, Indiana (school-based program staff are not eligible).

Serve children ages birth–5, or ages 5–12 in Before/After or Break Care only.

Fit one or more of the following roles: Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Preschool/Pre-K Teacher, School-Age Teacher (5–12), Home Provider, Administrator, Support Staff, or Rookie Teacher (hired after May 2024).

? An exemplary candidate:
✔️ Improves the lives of children
✔️ Represents the profession with pride
✔️ Is actively involved in the community
✔️ Demonstrates excellence and expertise while supporting children of all backgrounds and abilities

? Nominations are open until October 8th, 2025 (11:59 PM).
All nominees and finalists will be recognized, and the award will be presented at the conference on November 15th, 2025.
