Althea @ Insights & Inspiration will help us navigate self-worth, boundaries, and ways to nurture ourselves and others that feels authentic. :)

Jenny Yates will explore Attachment Styles/ Relationship Patterns, and help you tenderly start to identify yours, so that you may find a gentler way to help soothe and restore your relationships, one small brave step at a time.  :)
