You can start scrapbooking on Thursday (prior to the 11:00 start time on Friday) at 4:00 PM ...That's 19 extra hours of scrapbooking! No frills, no games, no door prizes..

(You will not be allowed in crop room until the 11:00am start time on Friday if you have not paid for the additional Thursday scrapbooking time)

** Thursday starts at 4:00 – no door prizes, or hotel snacks – just scrapbooking.  If you do not select Thursday, you will not be allowed to enter early on Friday – entry remains 11:00.

A non-refundable $75.00 deposit is due with this registration form to hold your crop space.   We need to receive this deposit by October 15th For session 1 and November 1 for session 2. Checks should be made payable to:

The crop will be held this year at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg. Registrations are always first come first serve.
Once your registration is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.  The balance of $155.00(205.00 if you select a Thursday) will be due no later than December 1, 2025 for Session 1 and January 1 2026 for Session 2. When you receive my email confirmation, please feel free to call The Holiday Inn to make your room reservations at 304-446-2076. Tell them you are with the Winter Wonderland Crop.
