Let’s get outside and enjoy the trails together!

This is a free/donation-based program. All ages are welcome, though youth must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required and limited to 15 participants. This program has a minimum of 5 participants.

This January, we’re heading back to Poor House Farm Park, a lovely landscape of woods, and winding trails just outside Martinsburg. This park offers a refreshing place to stretch your legs and connect with the natural world with an easy drive from Martinsburg.

Our Wellness Walk will lead us along gentle paths, wandering near the creek and exploring portions of the mountain biking trails. The route is typically about 2 miles.

Bring your comfortable walking shoes and a spirit of exploration. Leashed dogs are welcome. Join us for a relaxed morning outside as we enjoy the beauty of this well-loved community park together.
