Join us for a special Let’s Get Moving Martinsburg event as we celebrate the pause of our outdoor season with movement, community, and good energy!

This free, all-ages celebration will feature a lineup of 15-minute guided sessions led by local instructors, from yoga and HIIT to dance fitness, tai chi, and more. In between, take breaks to hydrate, connect, and explore offerings from local wellness partners.

?‍♀️What to Expect:
✨Gentle breathwork to start the day
✨Mini movement sessions
✨Local instructors, a raffle, and wellness highlights
✨Come for one session or stay the whole time — no pressure!
✨Bring water, a mat (if you’d like), and friends!

Though we’re taking a seasonal pause for Let’s Get Moving, this isn’t the end. We’re just getting ready to transition into something new for the colder months.
