The Autumn Equinox marks a beautiful point of balance—equal light and darkness—and invites us to slow down, take stock of what this year has grown within us, and prepare ourselves for the quieter months ahead.

Join us at Inner Sanctuary for a cozy, intimate evening celebrating the changing season together.

We'll spend the evening reflecting on what we're harvesting from this year, releasing what we don't want to carry forward, and exploring what will help sustain us mentally, spiritually, and emotionally through fall and winter.

We'll enjoy warm cider and fall treats, guided journaling and reflection, a seasonal release practice, oracle cards, candlelight, conversation, and time to simply connect with one another.

You'll also create a small Winter Sanctuary Kit to take home as a reminder of the intentions you're carrying into the season ahead.

We'll close our evening together with a grounding meditation and prayer as we welcome the darker half of the year with intention, gratitude, and trust.

You don't have to bloom in every season. Sometimes the season is asking us to gather what we've grown, let go of what is finished, and turn inward. 🍁
