Art Journaling: Love Letters to Myself 💌

Dive into mixed-media junk journaling just in time for the Valentine’s Day season, with a personal twist. We will be celebrating and honoring ourselves in a self-care style journal workshop. With multiple prompts to choose from like “Odes to my Friends,” “What Makes Me Unique,” & more, we explore the different ways that honoring ourselves helps bring more positivity into the world. There are so many other kinds of love than romantic love, and everyone has a gift to share with the world! All materials will be provided. This is a low pressure activity that’s sure to provoke deep heartfelt chats, and you leave with a journal full of positive affirmations. :) Hope to see you there!
