What Players Will Learn (Defense):

* Proper footwork and body positioning at all positions
* Game-speed reads and reaction training
* Throwing accuracy and infield/outfield fundamentals
* Communication and defensive IQ (knowing what’s happening before it happens)
* Situational defense and baseball awareness

The Standard:

* High baseball IQ environment — players are expected to think, not just play
* Development over hype
* Accountability every rep
* Learning how to compete the right way
