VEHICLE RULES FOR ALL CLASSES
•The event is open to four-wheel vehicles of any year, make, or model, except where limited by individual class rules. Motorcycle-based vehicles are not allowed.
•Equipment rules apply to both the street and track portions of the event.
•All vehicles with an e.t. of 9.99 or faster should have a fluid containment system (either a diaper or fluid containment pan) while on the race track.
•All vehicles must meet NHRA safety rules for the e.t. and speed they are capable of, and drivers must be IHRA or NHRA licensed if required. Track officials will not accept time slips that are quicker or faster than the car or driver’s teched legal e.t. and mph. Running quicker than the safety equipment or driver’s race license allows is cause for disqualification at the discretion of the Race Director.
•Vehicles in all classes may use any fuel provided the car and the driver have the required safety equipment required by the NHRA for that fuel type.
-Transbrake allowed. No electronics or throttle stops.

CLASS RULES

8.60
1/4 Mile, 8.60 Index, .400 Pro Tree, Heads up start, Auto Start, Courtesy Stage required, Transbrake allowed. No electronics or throttle stops. Deep Staging permitted, All Run.

F.A.S.T.
1955-1979 American made production vehicles. 560ci limit for everything except Ford, Ford vehicles are allowed 620ci. Must run factory or FAST approved cylinder heads. Aftermarket block OK. Must run factory exhaust manifolds, factory intake, and correct carb for the year, make, and model claimed. Factory air cleaner assembly must be used. 2 1/2 exhaust must exit factory location. Transmission must be same make as the vehicle. Must retain factory rear suspension, no 4 links, no ladder bars, no traction/caltrac bars of any kind. Factory Stock
1955-1979 American made production vehicles. Max bore is .070 no stroker cranks, compression must be within 1.5 of the factory claimed compression ratio. No porting of the heads, intake, or exhaust manifolds. 2 1/2 exhaust must exit factory location. NO drag shocks, drag springs. No electric fuel pumps, must use factory located mechanical fuel pump. Must run factory bias ply street tires, any car is allowed to upgrade to a maximum size tire of G-70 of the correct wheel diameter. NO SPECIAL COMPOUND TIRES ALLOWED! Modern Muscle
Any street car not meeting our FAST or Factory Stock rules. Any year, make or model allowed. Must have full interior. All newer cars allowed. Hellcats, Camaros, GTO's, Mustangs ect, Also classic cars running headers, stroker kits, engine swaps, after market intakes, non original carbs ect are allowed. For example your 69 Camaro has a LS, perfect it fits right in. Have a Gen III Hemi in your Super Bee, great, bring it out! Have a 70 nova with a 383 stroker and some aftermarket heads? Show up and run Modern Muscle. This class is NOT for gutted big tire cars, bracket cars, or cars with open headers and no interior. If you show up and we feel like you don't fit the spirit of the class we will have you run an Index class.

OPEN COMP
General Description Open Comp class is designed for any year, make, and model vehicle & truck. Dragsters and roadsters prohibited. SUVs (such as Ford Explorer, Chevy Blazer, etc.) permitted. The Open Comp class will run on an Open Comp format with a 1-tenth (1/10th) breakout.

Qualifying Information, Ladder Type, & Tree. All Run, NHRA Sportsman Ladder, Pro .500 Tree, Handicap Start. Courtesy Stage. Laddered first round, paired according to qualifying positions, and then advance to eliminations. The class will be qualified by positive reaction time in the qualifying sessions. Positive reaction time (r/t) closest to “.000” based on a Pro .500 Tree. “.000” is considered perfect. Any negative r/t (-.001, -1.231, etc.) will be placed at the bottom of the qualifying ladder, the more negative the r/t is, the farther down the ladder the run will be placed. For cases in which identical reaction times are made, qualifying position will be based on a first-come first served: the first occurring r/t will be placed #1, the second occurrence of said r/t will be placed #2, and so on.

If weather has caused the loss of one or more rounds of qualifying sessions, any entrants not qualified will be required to choose an index of their choice, between 8.50 – 15.70. Competitor must submit their index to the race director on the last day of qualifying. Competitors will compete with their chosen index through eliminations. Any competitors who fail to submit their index on the qualifying day will automatically be assigned a 15.70 index.

ET LIMITS The quickest qualifying ET permitted in this class is 8.60. The slowest qualifying ET permitted in this class is 15.70. Any qualifying pass quicker than 8.599 or slower than 15.701 will be disqualified and will not be counted. Competitor will be permitted to re-qualify if additional qualifying rounds are left . If a competitor makes all Qualifying attempts under the class minimum of 8.600, that competitor will be placed at the bottom of the qualifying sheet and his index will be 8.70 for eliminations. If a competitor makes all Qualifying attempts over the class maximum of 15.701, that competitor will be placed at the bottom of the qualifying order and his index will be 15.70 for eliminations. RULES & REGULATIONS Any modifications, vehicle weight, or power adders permitted. Any gear change must occur as a result of an internal function of the transmission or from direct ac on by the driver. Electronically Controlled Pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, etc. shifters, transbrakes and 2-steps permitted.

WHEELS Spindle-mount front wheels prohibited.

TIRES All Driven Tires must be drag radials or race slicks.

CHASSIS All vehicles must have a chassis that meets the guidelines set by SFI for their respective speed and elapsed me. A valid NHRA serialized Chassis sticker is mandatory for any car running 9.99 (6.39 = 1/8 mile) or quicker, or 135mph or faster at a NHRA member track.

RACING AIDS / IGNITION Delay boxes, cross-over boxes, or any “reaction- me related” electronic bracket racing aids prohibited in this class. Mechanical thro le stop devices permitted (not adjustable during a run or from the driver’s compartment). All Electronic Throttle Stops and related thro le-stop type accessories prohibited. All Ignition Components and/or Transbrake buttons must be on the approved NHRA list.

FUEL Racing gasoline, gasoline, alcohol, gashohol, diesel, ethanol, natural gas, and propane permitted. Nitromethane prohibited.

LANE CHOICE During qualifying and eliminations, it is the responsibility of the competitors to determine lane choice. If the competitors are unable to establish lane choice, a staging official will make the determination in the manner he/she chooses (i.e., coin flip, random choice, faster car, etc.)

DRIVER The driver when in the vehicle, from the ready line until the vehicle is safely stopped on the return road, is required to have all safety restraint systems (including the helmet) on and be securely fastened in the vehicle at all times

CREDENTIALS A Valid state or government issued driver’s license beyond a learner/s permit level mandatory for cars running 10.00 or slower. A Valid NHRA competition license is mandatory for cars running 9.99 or quicker.


TorqStorm vs The World Supercharger Class

• All factory supercharged vehicles (excludes Demon 170).
• Single power adder only
• Any positive displacement supercharger 2.7L and smaller.
• Centrifugal superchargers 88MM and smaller, see model list.
• Any vehicle with an aftermarket 88MM or 2.7L or smaller supercharger is allowed
• Only fuel restriction is NO nitromethane
• The event is open to four-wheel vehicles with doors of any year, make, or model.
• All vehicles with an E.T. of 9.99 or faster should have a fluid containment system (either a diaper or fluid containment pan) while on the racetrack.
• All vehicles must meet NHRA safety rules for the E.T. and speed they are capable of, and drivers must be licensed if required. Track officials will not accept time slips that are quicker or faster than the car or driver’s teched legal e.t. and mph. Running quicker than the safety equipment or driver’s race license allows is cause for disqualification at the discretion of the Race Director.
• Vehicles in all classes may use any fuel, provided the car and the driver have the required safety equipment required by the NHRA for that fuel type.
• No hard tires, all tires must be a DOT drag radial, radial slicks, bias slicks, or DOT drag tire.
• The following TorqStorm Superchargers meet the requirements. TS-75, TS-84, TS84R
• The following Prochargers meet the requirements, A-1R, B-1, CS-1, C-1, C-2, P600B, P-1SC, P-1SC-1, P-1SC-2, D-1, D-1SC, F-1D.
• The following Vortechs meet the requirements. V-1/V2 S-TRIM, V-1/V-2 SC-TRIM, V-1 T-TRIM, V-1/V2 E-TRIM, V-5 F-TRIM, V-5 G-TRIM, V-7 JT-TRIM, V-9 F-TRIM, V-9 G-TRIM.

Autokraft Racecars and Restoration Index

This is an index style drag racing class designed to be a class for index participants wishing to run 11.00 to 7.50 second ET’s. All vehicles permitted. Racing seats are permitted, and each car must comply with applicable NHRA safety rules.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Vehicles are required to be stock appearing and stock bodied door cars. All vehicles MUST pass NHRA safety inspection for ET and speed.

QUALIFYING \ ELIMINATIONS:
All Run, NHRA Sportsman Ladder, Pro .500 Tree, Handicap Start, Courtesy Stage.
The class will be an all run class with vehicles randomly paired in the first round.
For Autokraft Racecars & Restoration Index participants there will be multiple scheduled time trials. During the final time trial session, you will be required to declare your index that you will run under during eliminations. The competitor running closest to their declared index in the final qualifier, without going under, will be awarded the wait and see bye for 1st round of Eliminations. If a Bye Run is not available in 1st round, it will not carry over to 2nd round and or additional rounds.
In the second round vehicles will be qualified by positive reaction time (r/t) closest to “.000” based on a Pro .500 Tree from first round. “.000” is considered perfect. Any negative r/t (-.001, -1.231, etc.) will be placed at the bottom of the qualifying ladder, the more negative the r/t is, the farther down the ladder the run will be placed. For cases in which identical reaction times are made, qualifying position will be based on a first-come first served: the first occurring r/t will be placed #1, the second occurrence of said r/t will be placed #2, and so on.

Any negative reaction times will be placed at the bottom of the qualifying ladder, the more negative or faster the reaction time, the farther down the ladder the racer will be placed. For cases in which identical reaction times are made, qualifying position will be based on a first- come first served: the first occurring reaction time will be placed #1, the second occurrence of said reaction time packages will be placed #2, and so on.
