- **Event Description**: HERE WE GO!!!!!!!  I am excited to announce Reggae Fest 8 hosted by Lake Creek Winery!!!!! Last year’s event was a blast and it just keeps getting bigger and better! THREE, yes you read that right, THREE of the biggest St. Louis based reggae bands will be hitting the stage!!! Nonstop Reggae Band is back by popular demand, Murder City Players, a favorite of the owner and soon yours, will be joining the line up and, of course, Yard Squad will be blessing all with positive vibrations!!!! Nonstop Reggae Band has been proudly performing an exciting combination of roots rock reggae and modern reggae dance hits in St. Louis since 1998. Their action packed show guarantees to render an irie sensation! The Murder City Players are a long-standing St. Louis-based reggae, rocksteady, and ska band, active since 1983. Known for traditional Jamaican sounds and a "feel-good" vibe, the octet features lead singer Mark Condellire (Tony Rome) and is a mainstay in the local Missouri music scene.  Yard Squad has supported the St. Louis reggae scene since 1994. The band is best known for its unique blend and performance of socially conscious roots reggae and dancehall. Yard Squad has toured internationally with many artists including Frankie Paul, Everton Blender, Anthony B, Warrior King and Kenyatta Hill (Culture) and many more… And finally St. Louis’ very own MATTY DREAD will be keeping the vibe movin on the ones and twos. This guy has a huge library!!!!!
Lake Creek Winery has been hosting this event and giving reggae another outlet in Missouri for 8 years plus. It is housed in a remodeled 1860’s farmhouse on top of the river bluffs near Marthasville, Missouri. They have a covered deck and patio area with spectacular views of the countryside, amazing German food and great wines. The staff is excellent, catering to your needs as you enjoy that sweet reggae music. Always an irie time at Lake Creek Winery’s REGGAE FEST 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
