Pam, known in the pole dance community as PolePhoenix, brings over a decade of experience to the her lessons, celebrated for her dynamic and captivating style. She has competed at elite national development level, judged professionally, and coached some of the industry’s top athletes, establishing herself as one of the highest-level instructors in the UK.

With a strong background in high-level gymnastics, Pam has developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, which she passionately integrates into her teaching. She believes that anatomical awareness is the key to unlocking each dancer’s full potential, and this philosophy forms the foundation of her distinctive coaching approach.


Rise & Spin: The Phoenix Lab Workshop:

Duration: 90 minutes
Level: Advanced
Cost: £40 per person

WORKSHOP: 1pm - 2.30pm:  Get ready to rise, rotate, and ignite your static pole skills in Rise & Spin: The Phoenix Lab—a fierce, fast-paced workshop dedicated to mastering the Phoenix. We’ll break down this iconic power move from every angle and every grip: cup, twisted, true, and everything in between.

This workshop is designed for advanced polers who are ready to dissect the technique, timing, and momentum required to launch a controlled and powerful phoenix. You’ll also work through dynamic entries, exits, and one-arm chair preps to build the strength and coordination needed to fly.

We’re not just chasing the move—we’re unlocking it from all sides.

Pre-reqs: Confident in twisted grip and true grip Ayesha, strong spin pole control, and solid one-arm chair spin.
