As a fully trained & insured sound relaxation practitioner, I provide a safe, expertly curated environment where you can let go with complete confidence. Using drums, gongs & bowls I will guide you into a state of deep meditative bliss, helping to reduce stress & reconnect mind, body & spirit.
I have eye masks but feel free to bring your own & bring a warm blanket, pillows/cushions for comfort, a drink & cosy socks.
