Dive into a tropical escape at Southside Sips with our Under the Sea on Electrocuted Wood painting class! In this guided, step-by-step session, you’ll create a magical underwater scene on a beautifully pre-electrocuted wooden board, where the natural lightning-like patterns add depth and movement to your ocean world.

This class is perfect for all skill levels and encourages creativity at every step. At the start of class, you’ll choose your 5.5” x 12” pre-electrocuted wood board, then learn how to paint rich ocean blues with shimmering light filtering down from the surface. From there, you can add coral, fish, rocky caverns, sea plants, or any sea creatures your imagination dreams up. We’ll have a variety of acrylic and metallic paints available to help your piece truly glow.

Tropical-themed drinks—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—will be available for purchase throughout the evening (drinks sold separately from class). It’s a fun, relaxing way to feel like you’ve escaped to the sea, even in the middle of winter.
