The Saltwater Soul Sauna is a beautiful, authentic, wood-fired mobile sauna that brings the ancient tradition of the Nordic Cycle—also known as the “Viking bath”—to life. This centuries-old ritual of hot-and-cold therapy is designed to deeply restore both mind and body. The cycle flows through four steps—hot, cold, rest, and repeat—which we’ll complete three times for maximum benefits.

As you move through this powerful practice, you’ll enjoy views of the South River, relax by the fire pit (weather permitting) or in the cozy barn, and unwind to soothing music. Hot tea and infused water will also be available to support your wellness journey.
