ALL DEALER AND ADMISSION FEES ARE DONATED TO LOCAL CHARITIES AND PEOPLE IN NEED. ************************** FLEA MARKET INFORMATION *********************** A quick overview on the upcoming Flea Market & Craft Fair at the Marshfield Fairgrounds on Sunday the 4th of May 2025. The dealer fee to reserve a space is $75.00 in advance, before April 26th, 2025 Dealers can also show up on the 4th of May at the gate and pay $95.00. Dealers can arrive early. Some start lining up as early as 3 AM at the gate by the Fire Department on South River Street. The space is 20 feet by 10 feet. There are rows of spaces where dealers set up and the customers walk between the rows. You would set up beside your vehicle and in back. Whatever you choose. The space is large enough for one car or small truck. A car pulling a trailer would be two vehicles for $150.00 if paid in advance and $190.00 at the gate. We start letting the dealers park at sunrise and we line them up. If you want to come with a friend, you need to line up together and we will place you in the same row beside each other. Buyers enter at 8 am but some can gain entry at 7 as an early bird. Early birds pay $10.00 and general admission is $5.00 at 8 am. If you are interested in becoming a dealer, send a check to: Tri-town Rotary, PO Box 125, Hanover, MA 02339. Please include a card with your name, address, phone number and email address. We will send you a confirmation card to be placed on your dash board so we can check you in at the gate. Any other questions you can call me, Bob Nash at 617-271-9180 and leave a message. I will return your call asap. Tables are not provided. Some will set up a canopy over their goods. Electricity is not provided. Food Trucks will also be on site! All fees that we collect are donated to local charities including, Food Pantries, Council on Aging, Veterans Groups, Senior Centers, Bethesda House, Scholarships and families in need.
