About the event

Dry Cured Bacon Workshop
Learn to Dry Cure Bacon with Webster County Extension!
Cost of the workshop is $30 per person and each participant will leave with one 4-5 pound pork belly for curing. You must register by December 1st so we will be able to order enough pork bellies. Call the Webster County Extension Office at 417-859-2044 to register.
