Armies will be a maximum of 2,000 points and follow the 2025-2026 tournament pack, Matched Play rules Modeling, Painting, & Converting -WYSIWYG is NOT required for the tournament, however models must be the correct unit that is in your army and you may NOT use models with similar bases as "stand ins" (e.g., if you want to run a special weapon on a space marine sergeant but do not have one modeled as such, that will not count against you. However you could not for example, use a blade guard veteran as a terminator, etc...) Any units like this MUST be clearly modeled or labeled as such, and will need to be clarified with you opponent before the game.
