Timeless beats!

This class is for those who need a much easier low key vibe of a dance class. We will do most of our work in a chair while listening to some timeless beats from the 50’s and working out our muscles. This may be appealing to our Senior citizen population or those with low mobility. Miss Angie will be joining the teaching staff and working with Miss Lora to have a fun filled time in the 50’s with all the popular hits.
