Get Ready to Lead with Confidence! 🚒🔥
In this hybrid NFPA 1021 Fire Officer 1 course, you’ll gain the skills to manage fireground operations, make critical decisions under pressure, and effectively lead a team. Learn essential techniques for personnel management, communication, and risk assessment while reinforcing safety protocols and operational efficiency. You’ll engage in scenario-based exercises, develop practical decision-making skills, and build a solid foundation for your leadership role. Fire Instructor 1 is a prerequisite for this course.
Schedule:Friday: 6-9 p.m.Saturday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.Sunday: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Online learning starts Early February —and this course is fully reimbursable by the MBFTE!
