Hello folks! 
We have a great workshop opportunity coming up on Saturday, May 30th, from 11 am-2pm 
at the Walnut Community Center in Marshall, NC.
I’ll be teaching a Dairy Processing 101 Course that will cover the basics of milk processing(both raw and pasteurized), and we will be making butter, yogurt and cottage cheese. This class is meant to be a foundational lesson to help you understand how milk is transformed into the many household food products we stock in our fridges. You’ll leave with an understanding of how to produce these three products at home. This class also serves as a ‘Stage 1’ basics course for those who may be interested in taking my more advanced Aged Cheese Making Course later in the year. This class will run 2-3 hours and is limited to 15 participants. 

Here is the most exciting part…the first 12 participants will receive a scholarship and attend free of charge! 
For the remaining three participants the price is $50 for the class.
