Before Barolo however there was Alto Piemonte. This dinner explores the forgotten hills where Nebbiolo first found its voice. These wines come from higher elevations, cooler climates, and ancient soils, where Nebbiolo expresses itself with precision, minerality, and restraint. Proprietor and Sommelier Neal Wavra and Chef Joffre Reyes will prepare a multi-course dinner matched with wines from the lesser-known appellations of the region.  Dinner and wines are offered for $199 per person plus tax and service charge. Space is limited. Reserve your place at the table here.
