Digital DETOX ➦Practicing grounding, breathing & embodied movement in music, will facilitate anyone to freely explore his/her own body's wisdom, and to renew the contact with our true selves and with original life forces - not as ideas, but as lived experience. ➦Selected music will allow us to “stay in the flow” and bypass intellectual thinking, enabling our bodies to move through sensations and reduce deep-seated stress: I will encourage everyone to listen and value exactly who he/she is in the “Here and Now”! ➦ No previous experience of Dance and/or Somatics is needed, just curiosity and presence ?: come as you are, live shining! YOUR FACILITATOR: ? I am Eleonora, Embodiment Coach and Biodanza® Didactic Teacher: in my classes, we forget about "correct" body postures or dance steps, and I rather support your instinctual, authentic way of moving. ? My mission is to help everyone to bypass our contemporary "disembodied" living, and trust instead the "ancient wisdom" of the body: the key words of this experience will be HEALING MOVEMENT, DIGITAL DETOX and CONNECTION in a SAFE SPACE. WHERE - We gather at Xrobb l-Għaġin Natur Park and Hostel; we love this venue and the joined Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, and we are happy to contribute with our regular workshops to their mission! ⏲ WHEN - Saturday 20th June At 17:30 - Join us in the Hostel’ Kitchen for a cup of tea ?, and the Digital Detox will begin! At 18:00 - Somatic Reset class in the Media Room ? From 20:00 onwards- Let's enjoy a BBQ on the terrace ?, and then the sky and the stars!
