- **Event Description**: In a world of conflict and judgments, there is a emphatic, non-judgmental place, where LIFE ENERGY gets to flow! I invite you to reach this space, and to explore during the weekend the EMBODIMENT power of Biodanza®, and the ART of “Nonviolent Communication” (NVC): we will practice together conscious relating in a supportive environment, with a body-focused approach. 
➦Rooted in the teachings of Marshall Rosenberg, NVC is a practice that seeks to foster connection and harmony, ultimately transforming the way we relate to one another: empathetic connection is expressing own feelings openly, while actively listening to the needs of others, and validating another person's emotional experience. 
➦The embodied movement and dances of Biodanza will facilitate in us access to our emotional experience, a truth that each body expresses in its own tangible language.

This experential Workshop is calling everybody with an interest in Personal Development, Somatic Practices and Art Theraphies, and is carefully designed to invite transformation and facilitate the expression of your authenticity through  embodiment; moreover, by starting practicing NVC, you will experience more harmony and understanding with important people in your life!

              PROGRAM  of  the  WEEKEND:
                              SAT. 2nd
10AM - Introduction: “Enhancing Connections with Biodanza and NVC” - Dance session
1PM - Lunch break , time for relaxing!
4PM - NVC  group practice  - Dance session 
7PM - Dinner,  time for relaxing!
                          SUNDAY 3rd
10AM– Learning time and Q & A: “Embodied NVC” -                               			Dance session
1PM - Lunch break 
3PM - Sharing circle of integration
4PM - Final circle of dances!

🌿 WHERE: We gather at Xrobb l-Għaġin Natur Park and Hostel; we love this venue and the joined Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, and we are happy to contribute with our regular workshops to their mission!
👉Kindly remember your bottle of water, no-slip socks, an additional layer and insect repellent!

                        YOUR  INVESTMENT:
* 140 euro for the two days workshop, CONCESSION at 75 euro for the under 30 years old!
* The night at the Hostel costs 23 euro  
* Tea breaks and breakfast are offered, and for the dinner/two lunches we will organize Potlucks (a contribution of 20 euro is required in case you do not feel like cooking/bringing something for the meals).
