Sicily Yoga Retreat

Tap into your heart and your yoga practice in a stunning villa on a picturesque farm, just steps away from the Mediterranean sea.

We’ll practice yoga twice daily, with a creative vinyasa flow in the morning and slower practice in the evenings. We’ll provide journals for reflection, circles for discussion and connection, but all classes and activities are optional - make it your own! Participants can add multiple excursions on to their package, including sunset horseback riding on the beach, day trips to other cities and villages in Sicily, vineyard wine tours and so much more.

Experience the beauty of Sicily with a half day boat tour to the Egadi Islands, where crystal-clear waters and breathtaking beaches await. Dive deeper into Italian culture with a hands-on pasta-making class, where you’ll learn the art of crafting authentic Sicilian dishes. Each day, immerse yourself in the rhythms of the land with farm-to-table meals prepared with the freshest ingredients from the property. This retreat is the chance to deepen your practice, explore new cultural experiences, and recharge in a serene and inspiring environment.
