Led by Leslie Graves and Nami Soga, we’ll gather at a peaceful art-farm retreat center in Marsala’s sunlit countryside, surrounded by turquoise waters, vineyards, and ancient salt pans.

We’ve chosen this time of year intentionally — the weather is warm but not too hot, the sea still holding the heat of summer—golden light, a softer sun, fewer crowds, and it’s a particularly special time to experience Sicily at a slower, more spacious pace.

We’ll stay in a restored 17th-century farmhouse immersed in nature, full of charm. The property operates its own organic farm, and we’ll enjoy produce grown right on the land. Each apartment features a private garden, terrace, or balcony with sea views, along with lime-washed walls, handmade tiles, and modern comforts. A short 500-meter walk brings you to the sea and one of Europe’s largest Marine Natural Preserves.

Each day begins with invigorating morning yoga and embodiment practices in the open-air shala and winds down with evening sessions — cosmic yin, restorative, sound, or breathwork to support the nervous system and open intuitive, creative pathways. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this retreat offers an inclusive environment that is inspiring and deeply supportive for mind, body, and spirit. You’ll also have time for meditation, journaling, and unstructured space to rest, swim, wander local towns, bike along the coast, soak in the Mediterranean sun.

Nami will offer tarot and astrology workshops. Additional optional experiences include cooking classes, ceramic painting, horseback riding, visits with a local shepherd and cheese-making demonstrations, as well as private tarot and astrology readings and healing sessions.  We’ll also take a group trip to Marsala, enjoy a boat ride to the nearby Egadi Islands, and explore nearby Trapani.

Savor authentic, locally sourced, farm-to-table vegetarian Sicilian meals prepared by expert chefs, featuring fresh produce, artisanal olive oil, and ingredients from the farm and nearby growers. We’ll be enjoying true “slow food.” All dietary needs can be accommodated.

Whether you come to deepen your yoga practice, replenish your creative well, reconnect with nature, or simply rest, this retreat offers space to nourish yourself, move in rhythm with the elements, and gather in a warm, supportive community.

Pricing

Triple Occupancy: $2,500 per person — shared room for three, separate beds

Double Occupancy: $2,800 per person — shared room for two, share king or separate beds

Single Occupancy: $3,700 — a room/apartment to yourself 

Inclusions: Accommodation, 3 meals a day + snacks, twice-daily practice sessions, airport transfer

Not included: Flights, optional experiences (full list available upon request).

We will organize airport transfers. The Palermo International Airport is about an hour drive. The nearest airport is Trapani, just 15 minutes drive.  Some guests may choose to rent cars, which can make short excursions easy. As the group forms, we’ll help coordinate airport transfers.
