- **Event Name**: ❤️‍?SEREN SPAIN ~ TAKE ME TOUR ~ SYDNEY ~MAL BEVERIDGE Ft. BRÍDÍN
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 20 Nov, 2025 at 09:00 am
- **Event Description**: An evening of ancient celtic harp, up-beat hilarity in honkey-tonk sailoresque blues & rising folk fusion.

This trio is boasting quite the night out. Melbourne-based Seren Spain is not one to miss, headlining her Australian “Take Me” single launch tour.

Paul Kelly’s former manager & biographer Stuart Coupe declared ????? ?????: “A voice to die for!”; whilst her critically-acclaimed peers like Ernest Aines announced her rise: “Look out folk world - this woman will be heralded for generations!”.

After touring extensively through the UK & Ireland this year, Seren is playing her first ever evening show in Sydney in trio form with very special guest & friend, virtuoso celtic harpist, ??????, alongside ??? ????????? (War vs Treaty, Big Name No Blankets show).

This will be the first time Sydney has witnessed the ancient celtic harp played live in an intimate setting with an award-winning virtuoso player. The evening will transport you to ancient realms, whilst bringing a rhythmic, refreshed modern take to the ancient instrument, before dirtying you up with rambunctious blues.

After her physical EP release, Seren cannot wait to share an afternoon of original songs, dulcet tones & strings in violin, flute, acoustic guitar & virtuoso harp playing.

Scottish-born Mal Beveridge (frontman of The Flaming Mongrels) will bring his grittier blues train & upbeat originals with his jagged & deadly sailor-esque drawl to the evening. Beveridge has toured with Ilbijerri for the last year, playing electric bass in the Big Name No Blankets show. His original songwriting and swagger on stage has earnt him a little known secret amongst the blues & country scene in Melbourne. Not for the faint of heart.

Special guest BRIDIN can’t wait to meet you all & showcase her connection to the harp & celtic flute with dance-folk-fusion, after playing together earlier this year at Your Roots Are Showing Conference, Killarney Ireland.
