Looking for a fun way to kick off your weekend? Join us for a FREE supervised sparring session every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Herb Greedy Hall in Sydney’s Inner West.
All skill levels welcome—whether you're into Contact Karate, Kickboxing, or Grappling, you’ll have the freedom to train your way in a safe, supportive environment. This isn’t a structured class; it’s your chance to improve fitness, sharpen your skills, and build confidence—guided by experienced martial artists who ensure your safety and growth.
