# Event Details

- **Event Name**: 🏝️ BEACH CLEAN-UP & AFTERNOON TEA 🧺
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 26 Apr, 2026 at 03:00 am – Sun, 26 Apr, 2026 at 06:30 am (+10:00)
- **Event Description**: For the third time, we’re heading back to Plane Spotting Beach — a place that truly needs our care.

😞 After discovering that this beach does not fall under the local council but is instead managed by the airport, we realised that unfortunately no one is actively looking after it… and likely no one will.

😱 During our previous clean-ups, we’ve found waste that dates back decades — a clear sign that this area needs ongoing attention.

So once again, we’re coming together to do our best to prevent this waste from ending up in the ocean.

⸻

🧤 What we provide
We will bring everything you need:
• Gloves
• Litter pickers
• Bags
• Nets (for any floating waste in the water)

⸻

🧺 After the clean-up
As always, after our clean-up session we’ll move to a nearby area equipped with tables and restrooms, where we’ll host a relaxed afternoon tea (provided by us).

🐝 It’s a lovely moment to connect, share experiences, and spend some quality time together as a community.
