? Think apple pie, key lime pie, pumpkin pie, cranberry pie, Boston cream pie, sweet potato pie, mud pie and whatever else our creative bakers whip up. 
? Feel free to bring friends & family, and we’re happy to feed our onlookers as much as supplies last.
? Don’t feel like baking? Come join in the fun anyway! 
? The judging panel will include notable Food Journalists & Influencers as well as Brooklyn Boy Bagels' founder Michael Shafran, Sydney Americans’ Jon Lerner and others.


?? ENTERING THE COMP ??
? It's free to compete. If you plan on entering a pie, please dm us or email us sydneyexpatamericans@gmail.com 
? You can enter as many different pies as you like. Homebakers are judged separately to professionals (e.g. you won't be going up against Brooklyn Boy's Pumpkin Pie unless you're a professional chef, etc)
? We'll also accept some walk-in entrants on the day, but advance entries help us better plan
? There'll be a short registration process on the day for those who enter a pie. Please arrive by no later than 10:15am with your baked goodness.
? Judging will start around 10:30am and thereafter we'll open it up for everyone to taste.
