Integrated Yoga for all levels
Breathwork to release and restore
Lots of deeply transformative Yoga Nidra
Intention setting & manifesting practices
Introduction to Chakra meditation
A soul-stirring sound bath in the desert.
Nourishing vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals

Our adventure includes:
4 nights in a stunning riad in the souks
2 nights in the breathtaking Agafay Desert - complete with a fire show under the stars
Optional tours & traditional hammam spa experiences

You are welcome, whether you come on your own or with a loved one. This retreat is open to everyone, no matter where you are on your journey.
