Winter Explore Day at Gjerloff Prairie

Join us Saturday, March 7th for Winter Explore Day at Gjerloff Prairie! We will be hiking the prairie bluff trail toward the Platte River where there will be plenty of interesting terrain to explore and lots of wildlife activity to look for. We will meet at the Education Center at Gjerloff Prairie at 10:00am and begin the hike shortly after. This is an outdoor event - plan to dress accordingly for the weather. Coffee, hot chocolate and light snacks will be provided after the hike at the Education Center. We hope to see you there!

Winter Explore Day activities/hikes are geared toward families who would like to get outdoors and explore during the winter. We welcome anyone wanting to hike and families with kids of all ages to join us! This is a free event.
