This semester’s concert by the NMU Percussion Ensemble will be featuring music composed, and arranged by NMU Students and Faculty, with structured improvisations and featured solos on drum set and other percussion instruments by both Scott Pellegrom and members of the ensemble. 

Spanning three generations of education at NMU will be music by Professor James A. Strain, Emmy award winning alumnus drummer Scott Pellegrom, and current NMU students Charlie Butler and Martin Suring.
