Join YTT-200 Alluma Yoga instructor Lucy Miller for a Sunday vinyasa flow at the pub! Your ticket covers both yoga and a beer before or after our flow! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your spot to practice!
Participants are kindly asked to bring their own yoga mat. Lucy will provide yoga blocks
Note: if you don't want to be up on the balcony, get there early!
The beer coupon is good for the day only! Refunds are available until the Friday before at 5:00 p.m.
This class is accessible to both experienced and beginner yogis! Cheers!
