- **Event Description**: Piggybacking off all of the fun we had during our inaugural Queen City Half Marathon Training Program, we are launching the Fall PR Training Program set to begin on Tuesday, August 25th!  

This will be a coach-led 10 week training program leading to your next PR! The goal of the program is to provide guidance and workouts that will build to your next 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon. The group will meet every Tuesday at South Beach from  5:45pm - 7pm. 

The program will meet for a group Speed Work sessions, which will primarily be time-based so that both newer runners and experienced runners can find value and strength in the workout! All participants will receive complimentary registration into the Queen City Trick or Trot 10k & 5K Run/Walk presented by Nicolet National Bank on Saturday October 31st. But if you have a different Fall 2026 goal race, you will receive a custom training plan for that race!
