Knife Skills Workshop

Build confidence and efficiency in the kitchen by learning the essential knife skills every home cook should know. Chef Roxanne Dragon will demonstrate how to safely and properly hold, sharpen, and use your knives, as well as techniques for slicing, dicing, chopping, mincing, and julienne.

You’ll practice these skills hands-on while learning how proper cutting techniques can improve the appearance, texture, and even flavor of your food. We’ll also cover choosing the right knife for different tasks and caring for your knives so they stay sharp and effective. This class is designed for all skill levels and will leave you feeling more comfortable, confident, and capable in the kitchen.

Bring your chef's knife to be sharpened or get tips on how to choose one. Everything else will be provided. You'll leave with a recipe for a classic French Onion soup and having practiced various knife cuts to make a Rainbow Chopped Salad. 

Sip what you love while you cook — water and coffee will be provided, and guests are welcome to bring their beverage of choice. Order today as tickets are LIMITED!

Class size: 8–12 guests. A minimum of 8 registrations is required for the class to take place. If minimum enrollment is not reached, guests will be contacted regarding rescheduling or a refund.
