This is an event geared at bringing the Freedom Community or the Awake Community together to have fun and learn something together.

Take the turn into the street that has a sign for "Convention Centre”. Take the last left turn once you see the convention centre. You should end up in the last carpark.

Run by Gordon, you will have fun learning the basic fundamentals of an exciting sport that can provide you with self-defence skills and achieve amazing fitness, including strength, power, cardio and endurance.

What to bring:
1. Wear your sports wear.
2. If you have/need hand wraps
3. If you have your own Boxing Training Gloves
4. Your own boxing focus pads if you have some
5. Water bottle
6. Workout towel
7. Change of clothes for BBQ after training if planning to attend
8. Food for the BBQ

You will learn!
how to have the right stance,
the correct guard,
moving around correctly,
throw each punch with correct technique,
how to achieve knockout power no matter your size.
defence of all punches and
counter punching.
Then we will partner up and practice each technique using focus pads.
