This evening we’ll consciously harness that frequency with a deep, two-part healing experience designed to help you shed old patterns, reclaim confidence, and align with your next chapter.

The Experience (90 minutes)

Part 1 (≈45 min): Journey to Reclaim Personal Power with Paqo Tom (Luminary Shaman)
Paqo Tom will guide a grounded, shamanic meditation focused on the Solar Plexus (Manipura)—the center of self-worth, boundaries, personal power, and decisive action. Expect breath, visualization, and drumming/ritual elements to clear stagnation and re-ignite your inner Sun.

Part 2 (≈45 min): Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Rebecca (Mending Zenful Minds)
Melt into a restorative soundscape of crystal singing bowls and complementary instruments that bathe the body in soothing overtones. Many attendees report deep relaxation, nervous-system reset, improved mood, and mental clarity (sound baths are widely used for stress reduction and guided relaxation).

6:30–7:15 PM — Shamanic Journey to Reclaim Personal Power with Paqo Tom

7:15–8:00 PM — Crystal Sound Bath with Rebecca
Please plan to stay through the closing so the group can integrate together.

Tickets (Prepayment Required)

Early Bird: $60 (through 11/01/25)

Advance (after 11/1): $70 when you register ahead

At the Door: $80 (space permitting)

Bring-a-Friend Add-On: +$50 with any ticket (one friend per paid ticket)

This is a limited-capacity experience with mattresses; prepayment secures your spot. If we sell enough tickets, you may need to bring your own yoga mat to lay on.

What to Bring

Comfort items: blanket, pillow, eye mask (optional), water

Wear: comfy layers; you’ll be lying down for most of the session

Metaphysical items: crystals, talismans, journals—anything you’d like to charge with 11/11 intentions

Mat: a yoga mat if you prefer your own; may be required if we reach capacity

Helpful Notes

Sound baths are generally gentle; still, listen to your body. If you have sound sensitivity or a complex medical/psychiatric history, consider checking with your provider and let us know on arrival so we can support you. 

Hydrate before and after; light meal recommended.
